  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

  • Domestic Orders (Within India): Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries may take slightly longer due to logistics availability.

  • International Orders: Currently, we do not ship internationally. If this changes, we will update our policy and notify customers.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders above ₹999 (within India).

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below ₹999 will have a flat shipping charge (visible at checkout).

  • Any additional charges (like COD fees, if applicable) will be displayed before final payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details. You can track your order status using the link provided until it is delivered to your doorstep.

Address & Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, contact details, and pin code are entered correctly while placing the order.

  • Khadi Omorose will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will be applicable.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packing your order securely. However, if you receive a damaged product or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details at khadiomorose2@gmail.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Delayed Deliveries

While we partner with reliable courier services, unforeseen delays (like weather disruptions, strikes, or natural calamities) may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to get your order to you as soon as possible.
